The Greater Prince William Housing Consortium

Homeownership Program

The guidelines and qualification of this program are governed

by a "nearly 4 Million dollar Grant" application that CFH

submitted to the State of Virginia requesting state NSP funds

on behalf of the Greater Prince William Housing Consortium.

are pleased to announce a new HUD funded

Commonwealth of Virginia Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) designed to enable potential homeowners to purchase affordable Foreclosed Homes in local targeted areas.
